- My husband and I, both in our 20s, live on a cattle ranch in the beautiful Flint Hills of Kansas. Here we care for not only Hereford and Angus cattle, but also the land and resources that we want to preserve for any optimistic children that might come our way. Originally from a small family farm in Illinois, living in a cow pasture has really grown on me. Each day I’m reminded how blessed I am to work with my husband and other hard-working agriculturalists in an industry we all share and strive to protect.
Amazing! I drove from Stillwater to north of Kansas City yesterday and that big blue sky and green grass was amazing. I think I see two photos that would look awesome on the cover of the Hereford World?
